• Usage Rights 
  You grant KAFFE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use any images or videos you respond with using #YesKaffe (hereinafter referred to as "content") for our marketing and/or advertising purposes. This includes, but is not limited to: 

• Publication in the gallery on our website 

• Social media platforms 

• Newsletters 

• Emails and other customer communications 

• Warranties 
  By sharing your content with us, you warrant and represent that: 

• You own all rights to your content. 

• You have obtained permission from any individuals appearing in the content to grant the rights described herein. 

• KAFFE’s use of your content will not infringe any third-party rights or breach any applicable laws. 

• Liability Release 
  You release KAFFE from any obligation to pay you for the use of your content, as well as for any intellectual property rights associated with the described uses. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold KAFFE and its representatives harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising in connection with the use of your content as described above. 

Content refers to images and videos.
